Physical exercise is any physical activity that improves or maintains physical fitness and general health and wellness. Exercise benefits include: muscle support and cardiovascular system, physical skills, weight loss or maintenance, and having fun. Frequent and regular physical exercise strengthens the immune system and reduces the risk to get sick.
The Government proposes 150 minutes of moderate exercise weekly or 75 minutes of intense exercise. Also they recommend you do 15 to 30 minutes daily.
Stress is a type of mental or emotional distress that results from stressful situations.
Stress can be caused by many things, from relations to exams. It’s considered really unhealthy if it’s not handled properly. You may increase the blood pressure which may cause serious later life problems.
Several recommended ways to cope with stress are: write about it in a journal; a time to relax and have fun, or talk to someone you trust. By smoking, drinking, or doing drugs, some people tend to deal with stress because it’s easier, but this can lead to many severe health problems such as cancer , kidney failure , brain damage and much more.
Smoking is the inhalation of burning liquids in tobacco, glass, or cigar casings.
People can start smoking for many reasons like to relieve of stress or look cool in front of people. Many people know its bad for their health, but because they are addicted they either do not care or they can not resist. This makes them more vulnerable to diseases / illnesses like: cancer of the throat; heart attacks, strokes and much more.
Many ways to help you stop smoking are:
• To use nicotine patches to cure your brain so your lungs don’t get the smoke / tar.
• Chew a gum or rough dumpling to clear the mind.
• Physical activity will also take your mind off smoking for a while.
There are many other ways as well as these. When people try to stop they only tend to manage a short length of time, because it’s both a psychological and physical habit (so they do it without realising).
People’s food choice can have an effect on their well being because if you consume bad then it can make you more exhausted and bloated, which can raise the blood pressure significantly and increase your chances of potential heart problems.
But if you eat healthy, it will make you less fatigued and reduce your risk of having heart attacks and general sickness.
The government suggests that a male’s quantity of calories be 2500, and a female’s 2000. We always say you should have 5 fruits and vegetables because we give you minerals and vitamins that you body requires.
Dieticians often suggest you’re more likely to eat less calories as you become more relaxed if you eat slowly instead. They say you can chew 20-30 times before swallowing your rice which will feel you up more.
Drinking alcohol can really influence lives of peoples as it can be very addictive. This is especially the case when people may have depression, anxiety or other mental illnesses. Drinking alcohol can lead to illnesses like : liver disease, stroke, heart disease and depression. People who drink a lot of alcohol seem to get on weight pretty drastically. The Government says people shouldn’t drink more than 3 to 4 units a day (one pint of a lager) daily, and women 2 to 3 units a day (about a glass of wine).

You’re going to publish a post today. Don’t worry about how your blog looks. Don’t worry if you haven’t given it a name yet, or you’re feeling overwhelmed. Just click the “New Post” button, and tell us why you’re here.
Why do this?
The post can be short or long, a personal intro to your life or a bloggy mission statement, a manifesto for the future or a simple outline of your the types of things you hope to publish.
To help you get started, here are a few questions:
You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.
Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.
When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
